Your justice court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor offenses, DUIs, evictions, small claims, and civil suits. Aimee will ensure that you are treated fairly, even if you don't have a lawyer. She will protect your right to be heard. If you are arrested, Aimee will make sure the rules were followed. If you are sued, Aimee will not cut corn
If you are sued, Aimee will not cut corners or be a rubber stamp for the attorneys. In short, Aimee will ensure you receive a full hearing and a fair shake.
Aimee was sued by her HOA in the North Valley Justice Court. The current judge did not follow the Rules of Civil Procedure, the best practices of the Maricopa County Justice Courts, or the Arizona Revised Statutes. He didn't even look at the evidence, but simply awarded the HOA and its attorneys everything they asked for. The appeals court had to overturn his decision. Aimee is running for Justice of the Peace to make sure you don't have to appeal to a higher court to get justice in the North Valley.
Going to court is already an unpleasant and stressful experience. Residents in the North Valley should not have to fight the opposing party AND the judge. Aimee will bring fairness back to the North Valley Justice Court.
Show your support for Aimee with a yard sign. Her boys will even set it up for you.
